Return Policy

At Texan Y’all, each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number

  • a photo of the issue

Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Size Issues

Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.

Because all products are custom made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing. However, we may offer a discounted replacement at our discretion.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.

Shipping Issues

Texan Y’all is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by shipping carriers. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
